Fees:
Rate per hour: $193.99 (NDIS rate) for appointments, preparation, scoring of assessments, documentation, report writing, liaison with other providers and any other client-specific work. $193.99 per hour for travel for self-managed participants and $97 per hour for travel for plan-managed participants.
Cancellation fees:
You can cancel or change your appointment without incurring any fees, as long as you give us at least two working days’ notice. A short-notice cancellation or failure to attend or be present for an appointment that is less than 2 clear working days' notice, could attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the total anticipated cost. Circumstances will be taken into account and the fee waived when possible.
